Got It!

I used the perfect polka dot embossing folder, Almost Artichoke CS and Ink, Soft Suede ink, Cherry Cobbler ink and the Bells and Boughs stamp set.

Here is a quick sample I made this morning. I have a few "tweeks" to the frame, but I'm a much more happy camper today.
