Happy September One!

I don't know if I ever told you this but my Mom and I used to call each other (a lot) but particularly the first of every month and wish each other a happy one day. She died seven years ago and I miss doing it. I now do it with my daughter but I have extended it to you too! Happy September One! Oh and the Holiday mini catalog starts today and oh my word...just take a look at the left sidebar it is the red, happy, holiday-ish looking catalog.

Happy Labor Day!

For some this means school starts tomorrow. The kids have already started school in SD. Today is around 55 degrees and windy. So, I was thinking about school, Fall and Halloween. I hope you are enjoying the end of your Summer.It has gone by so quickly I'm a little worried the rest of the year will be the same.
