Today my e-zine card and article are featured on "Papers and Pixels"e-magazine,you can see the instructions there but you'll need to register for the free magazine and forum first, very easy peasy. Once you are registered you'll get an email to opt in and then the magazine is under the forum> and Brand new Issue. I know you'll like this magazine it has so much info in it for paper crafter's and digi crafter's.
