Tealight cake

I saw this on SCS and had several of these battery tea-lights so I thought I'd try it.
What a blast and fun item to give to someone on their birthday.I just cut a strip of 5/8"X 31/2" dsp and taped it to the tea light. I punched a scallop circle and punched out a hole in the middle for the "light" to stick out. Then I folded the scallop edge over and embellished it with rhinestones and little flowers from the Trio Flower punch. So much fun. I used Tea Party DSP and the Medium Jewelry Tag punch and the Tiny Tags set from the Occasions mini catalog.

I saw the tutorial too and want to give it a try. Your 'cake' is lovely. I think they would make great little gifts.

p.s. I was pleasantly surprised to see my card posted. Thanks again for the blog candy-I love the stamp set.
