Technique Tuesday card

Jan and Becky came over to do the Technique Tuesday card shown. It is made with watercolor pencils and a solvent called Sansodor by Windsor and Newton. We used tortill0n stumps to blend the WC pencils. It creates a much deeper hue and blended area. You can find those two supplies at any art supply store. Supplies used in this card are as follows:
