Here is a fabric card I made my friend Peggy. The images are from the back cover to the middle to the bottom picture of the front.

I used four 5 inch charm pack fabric sections and embellished each with ribbon, felt, buttons and then inserted a card board section in the front and back. I stitched the front section together, and then the back section. Then I stitched the front to the back and used ribbon for a spine loop to hang it up.
